Remote, +/- 5 hours of London time zone​

The ideal candidate possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, is comfortable with report development and has a good understanding of social media and community platforms (specifically Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram and Discord).

You Will:

• 💪 Raise brand awareness and drive community engagement through Thallo’s digital platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, blog, and – soon! – Discord)
• ✍️ Draft, manage and post social media content across all Thallo platforms
• 💎 Work with CMO to create and maintain community engagement / social media strategy
• 💃 Establish relationships with relevant influencers, partners & communities
• 🤓 Conduct ongoing social media market research & channel development 
• 👮 Help create and maintain social media policy, guidelines and tone 

Ideally, You:

• 🌍 Have a passion for solving the climate crisis
• 😎 Pretty much live on Twitter or in other online web3 and/or climate communities
• 🦸 Thrive when you have to figure things out on your own, without a ton of top-down direction 
• 🌱 Have relevant & proven experience in (or passion for) either sustainability or blockchain marketing/PR
• 👯‍♂️ Are a proactive communicator and like to work in teams
• ⛓ Learn quickly and are comfortable understanding complex technology solutions 
• 📊 Have some experience using analytical tools and creating reports, or that sounds interesting to you
